We're behind the scenes making sure vendors arrive on time, timelines stay on track, decor is styled exactly as planned, and any last-minute surprises are handled before you ever notice them.

We'll oversee teardown, coordinate rental returns, and wrap-up everything so you don't have to!

Need help creating the look and feel of your celebration? We'll develop a custom design complete with inspiration, mockups, layouts, and recommendations before bringing it to life.

Design Concept Fees begin at $200 and are applied separately from your decor proposal.
For events based on an existing design, your proposal will include a Design Coordination, Delivery, Setup & Teardown Fee. Pricing varies based on the scope of your event, delivery requirements, and venue location.
Custom-designed events begin with a Design Concept Fee starting at $150, with decor, rentals, and installation quoted separately.

Investment:
Every event is different, so your proposal will be tailored to your specific design, decor selections, and installation needs.

If requested, we can create a custom design concept for your event, complete with mockups, color palette, and inspiration. Think of it as a low-commitment way to experience what it's like to work with us before booking. If you love it (and we think you will!!), your design concept fee is applied toward your final balance.

You'll receive a personalized proposal outlining your investment, and scope of work. Once your contract is signed and retainer is received, your date is officially reserved!

We recommend reaching out 6 weeks to 6 months in advance for Event Styling and 4 to 12 months in advance for Full-Service Planning & Design or The Raire Experience™, especially during busy spring and fall seasons.
Planning a celebration on a shorter timeline? We'd still love to hear from you! Depending on our availability and your event needs, we're often able to accommodate last-minute inquiries. Events booked within 30 days of the event date may be subject to a rush fee.

We're based in Fort Worth, TX and serve the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Southlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Westlake, Dallas, and surrounding communities.
Planning a celebration outside of DFW? We'd still love to hear from you! Travel may be available depending on the location, scope of your event, and our availability. Additional travel fees may apply.

To reserve your event date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required.
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal. Depending on your event timeline and investment, payment plans may be available.

While we won't recreate another designer's work exactly, we'll use your inspiration as a starting point to create something that fits your celebration, venue, and budget.

We style everything from intimate proposals, picnics, birthdays, dinners, baby and bridal showers, corporate events, grand openings, weddings, and more. Every occasion deserves thoughtful design. Let us know what you're planning!
To ensure a cohesive, elevated design, we generally don't incorporate client-provided decor into our styling. Every element is intentionally selected to work together, and mixing in outside pieces can compromise the overall look and feel of your event.
If you have a meaningful heirloom or sentimental item you'd like to include, we're happy to discuss how we can incorporate it during the design process!
