Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your rental, with the remaining balance due before your event. A refundable damage deposit is also required and will be returned within 24 hours of pickup, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition.
Yes! We provide delivery, professional setup, and pickup throughout Fort Worth, Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Trophy Club, Dallas, and surrounding DFW communities.
Our standard rental includes up to 4 hours, or the length of your event if arranged in advance. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated prior to your event. Overnight rentals may be available for an additional fee and must be requested before booking.
Of course! If you already have a theme, color palette, or inspiration photos, we're happy to recommend backdrop combinations from our rental collection that best fit your vision. If you're looking for a custom backdrop design or would like us to create the overall look for your event, we'd love to help through our Event Styling or Design Concept services.
