Each picnic table comfortably seats up to 6 adults or 6–8 children. Depending on your seating arrangement, it can accommodate up to 10 small children, though we recommend 6–8 children for the most comfortable experience.

Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your rental, with the remaining balance due before your event. A refundable damage deposit is also required and will be returned within 24 hours of pickup, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition.

Yes! We provide delivery and pickup for all table rentals throughout Fort Worth, Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Trophy Club, Dallas, and surrounding DFW communities.

For table and chair rentals only, delivery and pickup are included, but setup is typically not depending on our availability and time restraints. If you'd like us to set up your tables and chairs, we can add that service for a small additional fee.

If you're renting linens and/or tablescape décor, setup is included so everything is beautifully arranged and event-ready upon our arrival.

Our standard rental includes up to 4 hours, or the duration of your event if arranged in advance. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated prior to your event. Overnight rentals may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged before booking.
