Our 29' × 20' gazebo tent provides ample coverage for guest seating, dining, and larger outdoor celebrations. It can fit up to 42 people with 6 banquet tables, backdrops, food tables and more depending on your setup! If you're unsure which size you need, we're happy to help!
Our tents provide shade and protection from light rain, but they are not designed to withstand severe weather or high winds. For the safety of your guests, tents may need to be taken down or installation postponed if severe weather is expected.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to reserve your rental, with the remaining balance due before your event. A refundable damage deposit is also required and will be returned within 24 hours of pickup, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition.
Yes! We deliver, professionally set up, and return to pick up the tents after your event. Delivery and setup fees vary based on location. We proudly serve Fort Worth, Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, Trophy Club, Dallas, and surrounding DFW communities.
Our standard tent rental includes up to 4 hours, or the length of your event if arranged in advance. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated prior to your event. Overnight rentals may be available for an additional fee and must be requested before booking.
